8 WEEKS – POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE®
For moms ready to build mental fitness and shift out of survival mode.
In this 8‑week program, we focus on your inner world using the Positive Intelligence® mental fitness framework. You will:
Learn to notice and interrupt anxious “what if” thoughts and self‑criticism
Practice daily mental fitness reps to train your brain toward more calm and clarity
Develop a kinder, more supportive inner voice
Apply these tools to real situations in your motherhood and daily life
Build a mental fitness foundation you can keep using long after the program ends

Flourish Deep Dive
16 WEEKS - MIND & BODY
For moms who want comprehensive support for both mental fitness and physical wellbeing.
This longer, integrated program combines mental fitness coaching with health coaching. Together we will:
Include all elements of the Flourish Foundations Program, with more time to integrate and personalize
Create realistic habits around sleep, food, and movement that support your energy
Set boundaries that honor your health and capacity
Reconnect you with relationships and activities that truly nourish you
